USA: Daikin has created Daikin Comfort Technologies Northeast Inc. by merging three of its Northeast distributors.
Daikin Northeast will combine ABCO, Universal Supply and Robinson Supply into one organization. Daikin acquired Robinson Supply in 2020, ABCO in 2021 and Universal Supply in 2022.
The combined organization will include 39 branches in New York, New Jersey, Pennsylvania, Delaware, Massachusetts, Rhode Island and Connecticut.
“Each company brings a unique set of talents to achieve a common goal: to be the best provider of commercial and residential solutions to all HVAC professionals we are privileged to serve,” said Michael Senter, former ABCO CEO and now president of Daikin Northeast.
Daikin Northeast will be headquartered in Long Island City, New York. The company will offer Daikin, Amana and Goodman equipment, controls and parts, as well as refrigeration, plumbing and hydraulic equipment, consumables and accessories from leading manufacturers.
