Technical regulation of air conditioners energy labeling
Technical regulation of air conditioners energy labeling, ratified by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine №360 as of May 24, 2017.
This Technical regulation defines main requirements to informing end user about the efficiency level of energy and other resources consumption by air conditioners, as well as other additional information.
Technical regulation is based on the Commission Delegated Regulation (EU) No 626/2011 of 4 May 2011 supplementing Directive 2010/30/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council with regard to energy labelling of air conditioners.
Technical regulation is applied to domestic and foreign electric air conditioners with nominal capacity less than or equal to 12 kWt, used for cooling and/or heating (including reverse cycle air conditioners with nominal capacity less than or equal to 12 kWt when using cooling function).
