GERMANY: Daikin continues to expand its presence in Germany with the opening of a new subsidiary in Laingarten, near Heilbronn, Baden-Württemberg.
The new building, which replaces the current building in neighboring Güglingen, has an area of 3,000 m 2 and is spread over three floors. It is said to have enough space for offices, meeting rooms and showrooms. An Experience Center will also be opened at the new location.
The premises in Güglingen remain in place and will be used by Daikin Manufacturing Germany GmbH in the future. Güglingen is an important Daikin heat pump site and an important part of Daikin Europe’s 2025 plan to meet the growing demand for heat pumps in Europe.
This month, 84 Güglingen employees will move to a new 20 km facility.
