USA: Daikin Applied has acquired sales agent Carroll Air Systems in Florida.
Carroll Air Systems, headquartered in Tampa with offices in Fort Myers and Orlando, serves Florida’s Central and West Coast regions. The company is a longtime sales representative for Daikin and other leading HVAC equipment manufacturers including Danfoss, Friedrich and Güntner.
Daikin says this acquisition will create a single source for all HVAC needs, from equipment selection and commissioning to system maintenance and technology upgrades or replacements.
“We recently celebrated our 51st anniversary,” said Phillip Carroll, CEO of Carroll Air Systems. “With this step, we will have the resources and roadmap to deliver air quality, efficiency and sustainability for the next half century and beyond.”
Daikin Applied’s regional services will be merged with Carroll Air Systems’ service group. Phillip Carroll will lead the combined operations, including service, sales and parts, which will now do business as Daikin Applied Central and West Coast Florida.
