SINGAPORE: Daikin Holdings Singapore will collaborate with Taiwanese electronics manufacturer Delta Electronics to create coolant distribution units for AI and high-performance computing data centers in the ASEAN/Oceania region.
The strategic partnership aims to create an integrated, comprehensive data center cooling ecosystem capable of supporting rack power densities from 100 kW to 3,000 kW, including Delta Fans and Thermal Business Group’s portfolio of embedded and in-line cooling units.

Daikin Industries noted that by combining Daikin’s strengths in data center gray space cooling with Delta’s expertise in white space and chip-level cooling, this collaboration allows for comprehensive thermal management solutions, from facility-level infrastructure to servers and chips.
