United Kingdom: Daikin UK has transferred all of its residential after-sales operations in England and Wales to Robert Heath Heating, a Surrey-based service and technical company it acquired last year.
Robert Heath Heating will handle all residential service requests including heat pump maintenance, repairs and warranty services. As a wholly owned subsidiary of Daikin UK, Robert Heath Heating is committed to providing customers with long-term stability and guarantees.
Daikin UK’s residential service engineers have now joined Robert Heath Heating’s team of over 300 service engineers, which already provides maintenance and repair services to over 200,000 households across England and Wales.
Residential services in Scotland and Northern Ireland will continue to be provided by Daikin UK, with the remaining UK service teams focusing on commercial and industrial operations.
Daikin says the move also allows them to offer homeowners flexible maintenance plans for Altherma heat pumps, offering options to suit each household where installers prefer not to handle maintenance themselves.
A newly established dedicated customer service team for the residential business will provide a single point of contact for all after-sales needs, streamlining the process for both end users and business partners.
“Customers want to be confident that their heat pump will be supported long after installation,” explained Daikin UK Deputy Managing Director Anthony Dimu. “With Robert Heath Heating now part of our group, we now have the specialist scale, technology and expertise to deliver this confidence quickly and consistently.”
